Holiday Keepsakes for your Family
My “Home for the Holidays” collections were created for the nostalgic family in mind. For years, I have thought about ways that I could document families around the holidays that still felt true to who I am as an artist. I knew I wasn’t a “mini session” type of photographer, but I still wanted to bottle up creative and beautiful memories with families. And that is how “Home for the Holidays” was created!
This offering is exclusive to families who have worked with me from the current calendar year, ensuring that I can continue to give each family the attention that I love. But also (because I love personal documentation), we already know each other. Already having a relationship lends a unique comfort and ease. We relax easier into the session and get everything we need in a shorter amount of time.
So, what can you expect from these collections? The beauty is that it is truly unique to each family! We touch base a few weeks before your session to go over any specific activity or tradition that you would like documented. Activities can include decorating your tree, lighting the menorah, baking cookies, or playing music. We can talk about ways to creatively capture memories, and have fun with lights and decor!
I do still provide styling guidance, but also PJs are completely welcome! Sessions are customized to your family, so no two galleries will look the same. It is meant to be a snapshot of a moment in time you are sharing with your family. Sessions last about 30 minutes, and I deliver your galleries within one week, so you can be sure to have your photographs all ready to go for holiday cards!
I send out more information about these collections in the fall. I do offer a limited amount, and it is first come first serve. It is important to me that you feel relaxed, cozy, and festive! I hope to see you and your family next year!
