Maternity and newborn photography is a passion of mine, and make up so many of the sessions I do. As a former NICU nurse, I have a comfort with mamas-to-be and newborns. To continue my work with this group outside the hospital and behind my lens feels like a gift!
A few years ago, I created a formal offering collection and called it, “From Bump to Birth.” I realized that while maternity and newborn collections on their own are amazing, so many families love the idea of a full storytelling experience. From Bump to Birth collections make up a huge part of the work I do. I center my work in the Hudson Valley, Westchester, and New York City, but also can travel too (just ask)!
So, what is a Bump to Birth collection and what makes it so unique? I think of these as your experience, wrapped with a bow. Each collection includes one full maternity collection (either outdoors or intimate indoor), one full newborn collection (either at home or in hospital), and also a gorgeous 8×8 heirloom album. These albums are completely custom and include your favorite images.
Upon delivery of your newborn gallery, I will send you instructions via email for your album. All you have to do is “favorite” the images you would like included from your maternity and newborn galleries and I take care of the rest. I design a beautiful album with your favorites, that you approve before it goes to print. These albums are the perfect way to get the images off the computer and into print. And a special gift to show your baby as they grow!
